  • If I book both photo and video, how does that work?
    A booking of both photo and video means I will bring along one of my associate shooters to film/take photos depending on our schedules and availability.
  • Do you offer custom packages, or just the set packages listed?
    Yes! I'm always happy to work out a custom quote as every wedding is unique. My packages do tend to cover 90% of weddings, but if you have something else in mind I always want to hear about it and see how I can help!
  • Do you charge for travel?
    Travel in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley region is included! If you're getting married a bit further away, my agreement covers details on travel costs.
  • Can I have my favourite song used in my wedding film?
    Without getting into too much copyright law, the short answer is unfortunately no. However music licensing options for filmmakers are currently excellent, and I will always incorporate your style into music choices.
  • How long do we need to book photography and videography for?
    This varies depending on your plans, but most weddings can be covered with an 8 hour booking. This covers from getting ready before the ceremony, through to hitting the dance floor and is the included time in my packages.
  • We need to book some more awesome vendors - do you have recommendations?
    Absolutely! I have a list of some of the best of the best that I love working with - reach out for your copy!
  • Will we meet before the wedding?
    Yes! I always have a video call first up so we can meet and chat about your plans. Once booked in, photography packages include a pre-wedding engagement shoot where we can meet face-to-face and you get a feel for the process of being on camera (super chill, I promise).
  • What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
    Cancelling or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances can be stressful, which is why I am always here to help with finding a new date. My non-refundable deposit is kept low so as to minimise the financial burden in the event of a cancellation, as well as to protect my business from the sudden loss of a cancelled booking.
